Real Estate Academy of Leadership Begins 17th Year

On Thursday, July 28, 23 REALTOR® and Affiliate members of MIBOR began the 17th year of the Real Estate Academy of Leadership (REAL). An orientation reception was held at the MIBOR office and nearly 80 REAL Alumni attended to wish the new class well. 

In August, the program will begin with the first full day session at the “Escape To Reality” course, Community Hospital Northeast. Led by Moderator and 2009 MIBOR President, Larry Mitchell, the group will spend the day devoted to team building, understanding personality types and getting to know each other. 

The first “REAL” class graduated in 1996 and 315 REALTOR® and Affiliate members have completed the program since its inception.
